CalGreen Residential Inspections
Our CalGreen residential inspections start at $375. Some locations and jurisdictions require slightly higher fees. You can hire us whether or not we produced your CalGreen checklist. We can usually schedule an inspection within 2 days of your call.
Price includes:
Site visit to verify that all items the checklist have been complied with.
Collection and verification of required contractor reports, if applicable.
Final compliance review and sign-off as required by local authorities.
Signed copy of the Implementation Verification form, if required.
Please note that the above pricing applies to those jurisdictions that do not require Tier 1 or Tier 2 compliance. There will be slight additional charge for the added work associated with the Tiers. Call or email us and we will provide you with a written proposal for your project.
