CalGreen Residential Checklist Pricing
Residential checklists typically range from $200 to $250. Almost every jurisdiction in the state has different requirements and use different checklists. For this reason we need to know which building department you are submitting your plans to in order to provide your pricing.
Your CalGreen Residential Checklist Price includes
Marking “Not Applicable” to any checklist items your project need not comply with.
Review and comment on your architectural plans to verify all CalGreen requirements are shown.
Provide a note block for the architectural plans to cover any missing requirements.
Signing of the Design Verification form by an ICC certified CalGreen Special Inspector, if required.
Full size PDF drawing file of the completed CalGreen Checklist for building permit application.
Respond to any building department comments and update the checklist, if required.
Please note that the above pricing applies to those jurisdictions that do not require Tier 1 or Tier 2 compliance, or the submittal of a detailed Waste Management Plan. If your project falls into one of these categories please contact us. We will review your local building department requirements and provide you with a written proposal for your project.
