We provide non-residential CalGreen services for commercial, educational or municipal project. Our ICC certified specialists will review your permit documents to ensure all of the requirements are included. This prevents delays to your building permit approval.

Permit Comment Follow-up and Responses
Our service includes all follow-up responses to any permit comments. If necessary, we will deal directly with the building department to resolve any issues.
Final Site Inspection and Occupancy Sign-off
Many jurisdictions require a final site inspection and sign-off by an ICC Certified CalGreen Inspector. Where this is required, we will include this service in our proposal.
